Sailing is still taking a back seat for us but we have been busy getting out and enjoying the South Island. We have been kayaking over summer and usually found somewhere to paddle despite the drought. The Buller river at Murchison was always an option and we had a few trips to the Hurunui which is a bit closer. We are now starting to do some tramping although one of us is finding that they are not quite as fit as they once were! Looking forward to playing in the snow and Christchurch has already had a good fall although Tori was up in Auckland and missed it. We've also caught up with friends that we haven't seen in a while in Westport, Auckland and Waiheke -thanks everyone for the hospitality.
